Senior art journalist, curator, documentary film director. In the early 1990s, she worked as the creative director of Guangdong White Horse Advertising Co., Ltd. From 1998 to 2012, she moved to Paris, France and engaged herself in the fields of art, design, and documentary. From 2012 to 2017, she acted as the publisher of two authoritative art publications, LEAP and The Art Newspaper China, during which she also curated and realized art events for foreign and domestic brands as a curator and art consultant. At the beginning of 2018, she founded ARTEMISIA, committed to interdisciplinary collaborations between art, design, art crafts, and technology, with the aim of promoting the connection and interaction between the public, corporations, and art. From February 2019, she was appointed as President of Modern Art (Modern Media Group), Publisher of The Art Newspaper China, LEAP & LIFE.

Through a retrospect of 30 years of Chinese Media Art and an overview of Contemporary Art Media activating in the international arena recently, including the growing popularity of digital media and social media, this lecture will discuss media as the important part of art-ecology. How does it promote the transmission, communication and development of art, whether in the aesthetic education of citizens, or the promotion of the dissemination of new ideology and concepts, the capture of artistic dynamics, the compilation of art history and the establishment of art archive. Art Media provides a platform for theoretical research and discussions, and has spawned new knowledge. What is the role of Art Media when they facing in the between of exhibition and audiences, art creators and receivers? What is the relationship between the curator or the exhibition with art media? In today's era, the booming of social media and fierce competition in entertainment consumption, how to spread the exhibition?
