Clara Che Wei Peh is an independent curator and arts writer from Singapore. Her practice centres around emerging technologies, digital visual cultures, and experimental practices. Her curatorial projects include “Right Click + Save”, Singapore’s first large-scale exhibition examining art on the blockchain, and “Notes From the Ether” at ArtScience Museum, Southeast Asia’s first institutional exhibition on NFTs and AI. Peh was also the Curator for Art Dubai Digital 2023. Her research and writing have been published in the Asian Art Biennale Reader, The Brooklyn Rail, Yishu: Journal of Chinese Contemporary Art, Hyperallergic, among others. She has spoken about art and technology widely, including at the Global Art Forum 2023, Art Basel Hong Kong 2023, Art Basel Miami 2022 and the National Gallery of Singapore in 2022. Previously, she was in the Residencies team at NTU Centre for Contemporary Art (2020 – 2021), an Adjunct Lecturer at LASALLE College of the Arts (2021 – 2022) and the Art Lead at Appetite Singapore (2021 – 2023). She has also served on the Advisory Committee of the Julius Baer Next Generation Art Prize. Peh holds an MA in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art and a BA in Economics from Yale-NUS College.
