Junxi Lu (b.1996) is a worker, artist, and cultural producer based in Beijing, China. She has exhibited her works at the Venice Architecture Biennale (2018) and Seoul Hall of Urbanism & Architecture. Currently, she works at the Ford Foundation, where she advocates for building the resilience of civil society through the lens of natural resources and climate change and gender inclusion. Prior to joining Ford, she has curated and supported various cultural programs on urban renewal, design, and architecture with academic, cultural institutions, and design firms such as Tongji University in Shanghai, the Graham Foundation for Advanced Studies in the Fine Arts, and Art Institute of Chicago. Junxi Lu holds a BFA degree in Sculpture and Visual Critical Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
