Mr. Zhang Haimeng has 14 years of experience in McKinsey and is the head of McKinsey’s Asia Pacific organization and a co-leader of environmental sustainability. The focus is on capital projects and infrastructure, organization and sustainability, and resource productivity.
During his tenure at McKinsey, Mr. Zhang Haimeng is committed to helping Chinese companies move globally: assisting China’s leading real estate development companies in designing organizational structure; assessing China's leading high-tech companies in completing cross-border acquisitions, including organizational restructuring and corporate culture. Assisting China's leading equipment manufacturing companies to improve the capabilities of overseas project managers, including team leadership, communication, and risk management. He is also an internal trainer at McKinsey, focusing on project manager level training, including: change management, personal leadership development and so on.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Haimeng worked in Accenture and Bearing Points for 7 years. Received his MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business, B.S. in Economics from Shanghai Jiao-Tong University.

The results reveal a rich mosaic of potential shifts in occupations in the years ahead, with important implications for workforce skills and wages. Our key finding is that while there may be enough work to maintain full employment to 2030 under most scenarios, the transitions will be very challenging - matching or even exceeding the scale of shifts out of agriculture and manufacturing we have seen in the past.
